1. Overview & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MobiShopERP (https://mobishoperp.com), operated by Imran Dudekula. By registering for or using our Mobile Shop ERP, Inventory, Billing, and Mobile Repair Tracking software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Software Services Provided

MobiShopERP provides cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for mobile retail stores and repair centers, including: (a) Mobile & Accessories Inventory Management, (b) Normal & GST Billing, (c) Mobile Repair Job Sheet & Pattern Lock Recording, (d) Customer Repair Status Tracking by Unique Code or 15-Digit IMEI, and (e) Police-Safe Second-Hand Mobile Purchase Record-Keeping.

3. User Account & Single-Shop License

When signing up, shopkeepers must provide accurate registration details (Full Name, Mobile Number, Shop Name, Town, District, State, and Email ID). Each subscription license is valid for one mobile shop. Sharing login credentials across unauthorized commercial outlets is prohibited.

4. Shopkeeper Responsibility for Repair & Second-Hand Records

Shopkeepers are solely responsible for verifying the Government ID and lawful ownership of customers selling or exchanging second-hand mobile phones. MobiShopERP acts solely as a software technology provider and assumes no liability for physical devices, repair disputes, or third-party transactions conducted by the shop.

5. Subscription Pricing in INR (₹) & Renewals

All subscription plans are priced and billed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹): Starter Monthly Plan at ₹199/30 Days, Quarterly Pro Plan at ₹549/90 Days, Half-Yearly Plan at ₹999/180 Days, and Annual VIP Plan at ₹1,899/365 Days (applicable payment gateway charges & GST are displayed in the checkout summary prior to payment).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh & Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
