Privacy Policy
We protect shopkeeper and walk-in customer data (Name, Mobile Number, Shop Name, Town, Email ID, IMEI & Repair records) using encrypted storage. We never sell or rent user data to third parties. Online payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before renewal, and refund requests can be raised within 7 days of purchase. Once a refund is approved, it takes 5–7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount back to the customer's bank account (original payment source).
