MobiShopERP is a cloud-based software subscription for mobile shop inventory, sales, billing, repair tracking and related shop operations. No physical product is shipped as part of this subscription.

When access is delivered

After a new customer completes registration and verifies their email, the selected subscription is activated only after the server verifies the payment status and payment details with Razorpay. A successful browser redirect or screenshot alone does not activate a subscription.

For an account created manually by the site administrator, access is activated when the administrator provisions the account or license on the server. The customer can then sign in using the credentials or activation process provided to them.

If activation is delayed

If payment is confirmed by the bank/payment gateway but the subscription is not activated, do not repeat payment immediately. Contact support with the payment reference and registered email so the transaction can be checked.

Demo access

The public Demo is for evaluation only. Demo changes are temporary and are not saved as a private shop account. Printing/exporting, WhatsApp sending and other real-world actions may be disabled in Demo Mode.
