1. Information We Collect

When you register and use MobiShopERP (mobishoperp.com), we collect:

• Account Registration Information: Full Name, Mobile Number, Shop Name, Town, District, State, and Email ID.
• Shop Workspace Data: Inventory items, sales invoices, customer repair job sheets, IMEI numbers, and verification photos uploaded by the shopkeeper.
• Payment Verification Details: Razorpay Payment ID and Order ID. We never collect or store your card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN.

2. Data Isolation & Security

Every registered shopkeeper is provided an isolated workspace. Account passwords are encrypted using cryptographic hashing. Walk-in customers checking repair status via Unique Code or IMEI can only view their own device's repair status and cannot access any shop owner or technician data.

3. Zero Selling of Personal Data

We strictly do not sell, trade, or rent shopkeeper or customer personal data to any third party.

Regional Price Display

To show estimated subscription prices in the visitor’s local currency, the main app may request an approximate country code from an IP-geolocation provider and exchange-rate data from a public rates provider. Those lookups are used for display only. At present, Razorpay orders are created in Indian Rupees (INR); a locally displayed estimate is not a promise that checkout will charge that local currency. Users may change the country selection. Please avoid entering sensitive shop/customer data into the public demo.
